Yes. All services at OptiBar Wellness Collective are provided after a consultation and good faith exam with one of our nurse practitioners. This allows us to understand your goals, review your health history, and recommend services that are safe, appropriate, and tailored to you.
-
You don’t have to decide on your own. Many clients come to us unsure where to start. During your consultation, our nurse practitioners will discuss how you’re feeling, what you’re hoping to support, and help guide you toward options that best fit your needs.
-
When provided appropriately and under medical guidance, IV infusions and vitamin injections are generally well tolerated. At OptiBar, all services are nurse practitioner–led and sourced from licensed compounding pharmacies. Safety, proper dosing, and individualized care are always our priority.
-
Frequency varies depending on the service and your individual goals. Some clients choose occasional support, while others benefit from ongoing wellness maintenance. Your nurse practitioner will help determine a schedule that makes sense for you during your consultation.
-
Your visit is designed to feel calm, unrushed, and supportive. After your consultation, your recommended service will be administered in a comfortable setting. Most IV infusions take about 45–90 minutes, while injections are much quicker. You’ll have time to relax, and our team will be available throughout your visit.
